These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Self-Guided HubSpot Package (“the Package”) provided by Glare Marketing Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using the Package, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Package includes digital resources, templates, and guided materials designed to help you implement HubSpot independently. It does not include personalized consulting, direct support, or implementation services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to update or enhance the Package content at our discretion.

2. Access to Your HubSpot Portal (Mandatory)

We need Partner Admin access to your HubSpot portal to assign and activate the Package. Without this access, we cannot fulfill the service.

• Purpose: Assign and activate the Package within your portal.
• Data Use: We do not alter or access your data unless you explicitly request it.
• Revoking Access: If access is removed before the package is assigned, service cannot be delivered, and no refund will be issued.

3. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Glare Marketing Technologies and is licensed to you for internal business use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product. No refunds will be provided once access is granted.

5. Use of Materials

You agree to use the Package legally and are solely responsible for results derived from its use.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Package.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or revenue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access if the terms are violated, content is misused, or platform access is denied.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Package constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
